Come learn about your alignment and the best exercises for your pregnant body from Nadine Adams of P3 fitness and Dr. Amanda of Seaside Chiropractic. We will give you lots of info on pregnancy Dos and Don'ts to help you stay fit, prepare for labor and set yourself up for a great postpartum.
